JAK-200K turns a tractor into a clearing machine

JAK-200K is a tree shear compatible with the timber loader of standard tractors weighing 3 to 10 tons, with which various thinning and clearing works are effortlessly successful. Developed for heavy use, JAK-200K cuts the wood to be harvested neatly and precisely at the desired point from ground level.

A tractor equipped with a timber loader and JAK-200K tree shear makes clearing energy wood easy, fast and effortless. JAK-200K cuts trees efficiently up to 20 cm thick trunks, which makes it very versatile. Many use this model in tractors, for example, for clearing the roadsides and field sides. The JAK-200R is the smallest model in the R-Series for smaller size wheel loaders and telehandlers. The JAK-200R is ideal for fast and efficient clearing of street curbs and park areas, for example. The JAK-250R is designed for use with 3 to 6 ton (6600-13200 lbs) wheel loaders and telehandlers with a maximum lifting capacity of at least 900 kg (1984 lbs). By changing the rear part to be connected to the grapple, it is also possible to harness the JAK-250R for use in excavators, for example.

JAK-300 Tree Shear

JAK-300 is a true heavy-duty tree shear

JAK-300 is our most robust tree shear for excavators. It is designed for use on excavators weighing more than 12 tons. Due to its size, JAK-300 is ideal for felling larger trees in particular, but it is also ideal for clearing smaller crops.

Designed for use in large scale excavators, JAK-300 cuts the wood to be harvested neatly and precisely at the desired point from ground level. However, the efficiency of this tree shear is best noticed when faced with something more challenging than usual. Namely, JAK-300 also cuts larger trees effortlessly up to a thickness of 30 cm.

The jaws of the JAK-300 take an unmistakable grip on any wood. The wood that is firmly pressed by the shear is neatly cut thanks to the cutting blade. With the wide opening of the shear, several trees can also be cut at once, and the cutting force of the shear does not clot even with high mass. JAK-300R Tree Shear

JAK-300R is a multi-purpose and efficient energy wood feller

The JAK-300R is designed for use with 6 to 21-ton kg (13227-46297 lbs) wheel loaders and telehandlers with a maximum lifting capacity of at least 1300 kg (2866 lbs) or more at their maximum reach. By changing the rear part to be connected to the grapple, it is also possible to harness the JAK-300R for use in excavators, for example.

The jaws of the JAK-300R take an unfailing grip on the wood. With the wide opening of the grapple, several trees can also be cut at once, and the force of the grapple does not coagulate even with a large mass. Due to its large size, the JAK-300R easily cuts a tree’s diameter up to 30cm (11,8 in) thick. At the same time, it is also ideal for felling into smaller stands, as its handling is precise and effortless.

The wood that has been firmly pressed by the grapple is neatly cut thanks to the grapple cutting blade. If necessary, the cutting blade located below the JAK-300R can also be removed, in which case the energy grapple acts as a normal wood grapple.
